Pada Dasarnya terdapat berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa antara lain : guru, siswa, sarana dan prasarana, lingkungan pendidikan, kurikulum. dari beberapa faktor tersebut guru dalm proses belajar mengajar di sekolah mempunyai kedudukan yang yang sangat penting dan tanpa mengabaikan faktor penunjang yang lain, guru sebagai subyek pendidikan sangat menentukan keberhasilan pendidikan itu sendiri.

ABSTRACT

As sampel 25% from amount of population 346 that is 84 respondens, technique intake of sampel using sampling random quota. Research Istrumen require to test by and validity of reliabilitas to know instrument items mainstay and authenticity which used in research.

Data relation analysis between this variable will use analysis of regresi ( anareg). Before by statistical analysis in front test prerequisite in the form of test of normalitas swampy forest and test of lineritas. Result of research are:
1) there are positive relation Achievement Motivation] with teacher performance. Correlation Coefficient ( rx1y) equal to 0,377 with p = 0,000 ( p<0,01) r =" 0,506."

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study ws to exmine direct and indirect effects of a integrated multidimensional model of transformational leadership upon organizational citizenship behaviour (OCBs) and considered quality of work life and organizational commitment as key antecedents. Participants comprised 190 teachers from ten middle school, whom completed a questionnaire. In this study, transformational ledership as an important correlate to the organizational citizenship behaviour that the link would be quality of work life, while the organizational commitment was unrelated. Wheb quality of work life middle school teachers superiors with transformational ledership behaviour of rincipals were likely to be related to greater organizational citizenship behaviour.
Keywords: transformational leadership, organizational citizenship behavior, quality of work life, and commitment organizational.

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan langsung maupun tidak langsung dari sebuah model multidimensional mengenai pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap perilaku ekstra peran yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan akan kualitas kehidupan kerja dan komitmen organisasional sebagai variabel antasenden. Sampel adalah 190 Guru Sekolah Menegah Umum (secara lengkap mengisi kuisioner). Dalam penelitian ini, secara signifikan kepuasan akan kualitas kehidupan kerja memediasi kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap perilaku ekstra peran, sebaliknya komitmen organisasional ditemukan tidak signifikan. Penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional dari kepala sekolah meningkatkan kepuasan akan kualitas kehidupan kerja, dan hal ini cenderung akan meningkatakan perilaku ekstra peran dari para guru.

This study investigated the relationships between school climate and job satisfaction. Also, this study looked into the type of school climate, relationship between school climate and student performance, and the relationship between job satisfaction, student performance and the school climate in different schools. The sample of this study consisted of 104 teachers from three secondary schools in Zon
Sentul, Kuala Lumpur. The instrument used was a questionnaire with 24 statements for measuring teacher's job satisfaction and 34 statements for determining school climate. The results of this study show that the three schools investigated have a closed school climate. A correlation was found between school climate and teacher's job satisfaction, and between school climate and student performance.
A relationship was also found between teacher 'sjob satisfaction and student performance. Furthermore, the school climate of the three schools show distinct differences. Suggestions for improving school climate are also given.

Abstract
The objective of the research is to study the correlation of teacher’s motivation, teacher’s leadership style and teacher’s effectiveness of class management. The
research is conducted at SMU Kristen BPK PENABUR Jakarta.
It is discovered that first, there is a positive significant correlation of teacher’s
motivation and teacher’s class management effectiveness. Second, there is a positive significant correlation of teacher’s leadership style and teacher’s class management effectiveness. Third, simultaneously both independent variabel correlate positively and significantly with dependent variabels. Finally, the research suggests that schools principals have to pay attention to teacher’s motivation and teacher’s leadership style in order to make a better performance of the teachers in schools.

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk melihat apakah ada hubungan antara motivasi guru dan gaya kepemimpinan guru terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan kelas secara sendiri-sendiri atau secara bersama. Hasil peneltian korelasional yang dilakukan di SMU Kristen BPK PENABUR Jakarta ini menyimpulkan terdapat hubungan positif dan berarti antara kedua variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat secara sendiri-sendiri atau bersama-sama. Akan tetapi dalam kenyataannya perhatian terhadap motivasi guru dan gaya kepemimpinan guru itu masih perlu ditingkatkan.
