ABSTRACT
The main objective of this research is to clarify the influence of employee satisfaction with compensation to organizational commitment and its impact to their job performance.
The concept of compensation satisfaction consist of satisfaction with material compensation, social compensation and activity compensation. The concept of organizational commitment consists of three variables: loyalty to the organization, willingness to work hard and esprit de corps. The last concept, job performance includes
skills in working. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of this research indicate that employee satisfaction with material and social compensation have significantly influenced employee loyalty, willingness to work hard and esprit de corps. Likewise, employee loyalty, willingness to work hard and esprit de corps also significantly influence the skill in working. Employee satisfaction with material and social compensation also significantly influence job performance directly. But, all the above variables show otherwise to employee satisfaction with activity compensation.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh dari kepuasan karyawan pada kompensasi terhadap komitmen pada organisasi serta dampaknya terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Konsep kepuasan kompensasi terdiri dari kepuasan kompensasi material, kompensasi social dan kompensasi aktivitas. Sedangkan komitmen organisasi terdiri dari
tiga variabel, yaitu kesetiaan, kemauan dan kebanggaan, sementara konsep prestasi kerja
dilihat dari kecakapan karyawan dalam bekerja. Menggunakan analisa regresi berganda, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan karyawan pada kompensasi material dan kompensasi social mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesetiaan karyawan pada organisasi, kemauan bekerja keras dan kebanggaan karyawan pada organisasi. Begitu juga
variabel kesetiaan, kemauan dan kebanggaanjuga berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja.
